1. Orders & Custom Items

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by us.
Custom orders (including crewnecks, tees, and other personalized items) must be original work created by the customer.
- We do not accept designs that copy or infringe on another person’s copyrighted or trademarked work. By submitting a design, you confirm you have the legal right to use it.

Customers who upload their own DTF transfers or designs are responsible for ensuring:
1. Images are 300 dpi or higher.
2. PNGs or other files have proper transparency or background as required.
We are not responsible for low-resolution files, files with backgrounds that are not desired, or files that do not meet printing specifications.
Due to the nature of custom printing, all sales of custom items are final. No refunds will be offered.

Shipping times may vary based on product type and location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.

Due to the personalized nature of custom items, returns and refunds are not accepted.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 of receipt for evaluation.

All content on our website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Triple Tee & Co. unless otherwise stated.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or sell designs or content from our store without permission.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
By submitting designs or custom requests, you agree to release us from liability related to copyright infringement or issues with uploaded files.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
